Why Do Muslim Women Wear Veil...?

Why do muslim women wear veil (read: jilbab)?
Has ever that question raise in your head?
well, lets try to answer it...

Bismillahirrahmanirrahim...

First, actually it starts from this sentence...
"Asyhadu an laa ilaahaillallah wa asyhadu anna muhammadarrasulullah"

"I bear witness that there is no God but Allah, and I bear witness that Muhammad is Allah's servant and His Messenger"
blogger-emoticon.blogspot.comTrue, syahadah! This is the gate someone becomes a muslim. If a Muslim really interpret syahadah, he/she really believe Allah who created himself, created the earth and everything in it, so that only Allah he/she worshiped and dependent. He will obey Allah's word, away from His ban, and do everything in his life to get His ridha and love. And if something is based because of love to Him, then it becomes beautiful and light, although other people looking it weight and difficult.blogger-emoticon.blogspot.com

So, why do muslim women wear veil..?
the answer is simple.... it's because Allah told you so...
blogger-emoticon.blogspot.com

lets see on Qur'an..
first surah An Nur ayah 31
"And tell the believing women to reduce [some] of their vision and guard their private parts and not expose their adornment except that which [necessarily] appears thereof and to wrap [a portion of] their headcovers over their chests and not expose their adornment except to their husbands, their fathers, their husbands' fathers, their sons, their husbands' sons, their brothers, their brothers' sons, their sisters' sons, their women, that which their right hands possess, or those male attendants having no physical desire, or children who are not yet aware of the private aspects of women. And let them not stamp their feet to make known what they conceal of their adornment. And turn to Allah in repentance, all of you, O believers, that you might succeed."

and then.. surah Al Ahzab ayah 59
"O Prophet, tell your wives and your daughters and the women of the believers to bring down over themselves [part] of their outer garments. That is more suitable that they will be known and not be abused. And ever is Allah Forgiving and Merciful."

so, that is it..
